ThemeJam Support Forum
All customer support is handled via the ThemeJam support forum. The customer support forums are open to paid customers only.
Upon purchase of Clean Slate (or any other ThemeJam theme), you will receive an email containing your forum username and password. It’s sent to the same email address you used during checkout.
Log in using this information, then browse the wealth of information that has already been posted in the forums. Can’t find the answer to your question? Post a new thread and we will answer it within 1 business day (often sooner).
Packaged with your theme is thorough documentation covering every aspect of using the Clean Slate theme and managing your content. We’ve even created a few video screencast tutorials to help you along.
