Is it a “Framework”?
We wouldn’t call it a framework. It’s a WordPress theme, plain and simple. Install and activate it just as always have. Can it serve as a framework for creating “child themes”? Of course it can. Go nuts (and send us the link when it’s live, we’d love to see it!)

All images and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Photoshop design files are not licensed under the GNU General Public License, and cannot be re-distributed, re-packaged for distribution, or re-sold.
You can modify any part of the theme to suit your needs or your client’s needs. You can use the theme on as many websites/domains as you want.
